Food Safety & Quality management system is the main hub of any food business. We work with our clients and set standards to meet legal and customer requirements.
The food safety program is developed specifically for your business and implemented before the third party audit. Any non conformances at first audit are addressed without additional cost. We have expertise in independent food safety standards like Freshcare, GLOBAL G.A.P, SQF (High Risk), BRC, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, FSSC, IFS, WQA, Coles and ALDI.
We also conduct second party supplier audits on our client’s behalf. Recently we have auditor approval for Auditing Bivalve Mollusc Growing and Harvesting Processes. We help our clients in internal auditing, management reviews, staff training, calibrations, and verification activities such as environmental testing, shelf life verification, label review, new product development and mock recall.
We have a Food Testing Laboratory to assist our clients with their food testing needs. Nav Labs (Aus) is set up with mission to provide a personalized service with added value to small to medium food business that has limited QA resources. We have access to food safety consultant who work independently and help SFSS to share work load when needed.
